  • Acquiring new corporate clients
  • Negotiating rates and successfully concluding master agreements, together with Managing Director
  • Analysing market environment, including competitor-screening
  • Identifying growth needs and market segments, together with Managing Director
  • Reviewing KPIs of existing clients and interviewing Project/Account Managers to determine growth opportunities
  • Defining and assisting with implementation of new service categories
  • CRM
  • Acting as point person for ASI and t’works Management/Sales Department
  • Regular reporting
  • Business degree, with a concentration in Sales (and Marketing)
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager, preferably in the service industry
  • Knowledge of the Austrian corporate market
  • Ability to assess the LSP market, both in Austria and globally
  • Ability to generate client leads that translate into long-term profitable business
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
  • Service-mindedness, meticulousness and hands-on mentality
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Affinity towards software solutions in Sales (and Marketing) as well as Project Management
  • German at native level and fluent in English
